1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Epsilon Developers (“Developer,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) regarding your use of the QR Craft application (“App”). These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, govern your access to and use of the App.

2Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum legal age required in your jurisdiction, to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet these age requirements. If you are under 18, you may use the App only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

3Purpose of the App

QR Craft is a QR code scanner and creator application that provides the following functionality:

• Live QR code and barcode scanning via device camera
• QR code scanning from images in your gallery
• Batch scanning — scanning multiple QR codes in a single session
• QR code creation for various content types (URL, text, contact, WiFi, email, SMS, phone, location, event, UPI payment)
• Scan and creation history browsing and management
• CSV export of scan and creation history
• QR code customization (dot styles, templates, colors)
• Optional URL safety checking via Google Safe Browsing

4Licence to Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download, install, and use the App on Android devices that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

This licence does not include:

• Any resale or commercial use of the App or its content;
• Any collection and use of QR codes or data that violates applicable law;
• Any use that constitutes commercial exploitation of the App without express written consent.

5Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the App to:

• Scan, copy, or reproduce QR codes that you do not have permission to access;
• Create QR codes that link to malicious, deceptive, or illegal content;
• Create QR codes that facilitate phishing, fraud, spam, or harassment;
• Distribute QR codes generated by the App in a manner that is illegal or that violates any third-party rights;
• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App where prohibited by applicable law;
• Use the App in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair it.

6User-Generated Content

The App allows you to create QR codes that encode content you provide. You are solely responsible for all content you encode into QR codes using the App. By creating a QR code, you represent and warrant that:

• You have all rights, licences, and permissions necessary to encode and share the content;
• The content does not violate any applicable law or regulation;
• The content does not infringe any intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party;
• The content is not deceptive, fraudulent, defamatory, or harmful.

We do not review QR codes you create and accept no responsibility for their content or the consequences of sharing them.

7URL Safety Disclaimer

When URL safety checking is enabled, QR Craft submits URLs to the Google Safe Browsing API to check for potential threats. URL safety results are informational only and are provided on a best-effort basis.

The Developer does not warrant that:

• All malicious or dangerous URLs will be detected;
• Safe Browsing results are always accurate, complete, or up-to-date;
• URLs marked as safe are guaranteed to be free from all threats.

You may disable URL safety checking at any time in Settings → URL Safety.

8Subscriptions & Purchases

QR Craft offers an optional Premium upgrade to remove advertising and unlock premium features. All transactions are processed exclusively through Google Play Billing. The Developer does not directly collect or store your payment information.

8.1 Cancellation and Refunds

Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time through the Google Play Store. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — Premium access remains active until then. For refund requests, contact Google Play support directly, as all billing is managed by Google. The Developer does not process refunds directly.

8.2 Price Changes

Subscription prices may change at any time. Google Play will notify you of any price increase before your next renewal. Continued use of the App after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

8.3 Restore Purchases

Premium status can be restored on a new device or after reinstalling the App using the “Restore Purchase” option in the App’s Premium screen, using the same Google account that made the original purchase.

9Advertising

The free version of QR Craft displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. No advertisements are displayed to active Premium subscribers.

By using the free version of the App, you consent to the display of advertisements. Advertising providers may collect device identifiers, advertising IDs, IP addresses, and interaction data in accordance with their own privacy policies. We have no control over the content of third-party advertisements.

10Intellectual Property

The App, including its software, design, graphics, trademarks, content, and functionality, is owned by or licensed to Epsilon Developers (Satyam Kushwaha & Anurag Mahajan).

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App where prohibited by applicable law;
• Copy, reproduce, or distribute substantial portions of the App or its content;
• Redistribute the App outside authorized distribution channels (Google Play Store);
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices contained in the App;
• Create derivative works based on the App without prior written permission.

11Disclaimer of Warranties

The Developer does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from defects; that QR code scans will be complete or accurate; or that URL safety results will identify all threats.

12Limitation of Liability

The Developer is not liable for: data loss arising from use of the App; harm resulting from visiting URLs that QR codes link to; consequences arising from QR codes you create and share; or damages arising from use of third-party services integrated with the App.

13Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Epsilon Developers (Satyam Kushwaha & Anurag Mahajan), their affiliates, agents, and representatives from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your use or misuse of the App;
• Your violation of these Terms;
• Your violation of any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right;
• Any content you encode into QR codes and share using the App.

14Termination

The Developer reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful. You may terminate your use of the App at any time by uninstalling it. Subscription billing obligations that arose before termination remain in effect and are governed by Google Play’s billing terms.

15Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of India.

16Miscellaneous

16.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Developer with respect to the App and supersede all prior agreements.

16.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force.

16.3 Changes to These Terms

The Developer may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date and post a notice within the App for material changes. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

16.4 No Waiver

The Developer’s failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
