Is QR Craft free?
Yes. Scanning, creating all 16 code types, the colour presets, the history and designing cards are free, with ads. Some extras (most module shapes, custom colours, image logos, saving and sharing) open after one short video. Premium removes the ads and unlocks everything for good.
Do I need an account?
No. There's no sign-up, no email and no password. Premium is tied to your Google Play account, so it follows you to a new phone; use Restore Purchase on the Premium screen if it doesn't show up.
Does it work offline?
Scanning, creating, styling, cards and history all work with no connection. The online lookup in link safety needs one, and without it the app tells you the link was Not checked rather than guessing. Ads and purchases need a connection too.
How do I know a styled code will scan?
Press Perform Scan on the preview. A reader decodes the exact image you're about to save, then compares the result with what you typed. You get Scans correctly, Reads as something else, or Could not be read with advice on what to change.
Can I print visiting cards with it?
Yes. There are 79 designs across business, visiting, gift and event cards and counter standees. Cards export as an image or a print-ready PDF at exact size (85.6 × 54 mm for cards) at 300 DPI, front and back.
Does it upload my codes or scans?
No. Codes, cards and history are stored on your phone. Web links you scan are checked with Google Web Risk (you can switch that off in Settings), and the free plan shows ads from Google AdMob. The Privacy Policy lists everything.
Is there an iPhone version?
Not yet. QR Craft is available for Android on Google Play.
How do I cancel Premium?
Open the Google Play Store, go to Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions, and choose QR Craft. Premium stays active until the end of the period you've paid for. Lifetime is a one-time purchase with nothing to cancel.
