Deleting your data

There is no account to close and no cloud copy to chase. Everything the app holds is on your phone, and you can remove it in two taps.

1What there is to delete

QR Craft has no accounts and no cloud storage. Everything the App holds about you is on your phone:

  • Scan history and the codes you created.
  • Saved cards and standees.
  • My Card details and saved UPI payees.
  • Images you picked as logos, copied into the App's storage.
  • Preferences: theme, language, sounds, link behaviour, the safety switch.

There is nothing held by us to request the deletion of, because nothing of yours was ever sent to us.

2Deleting in the App

  1. Open Settings in QR Craft.
  2. Scroll to Backup and, below it, the Danger Zone.
  3. Choose what to clear: Clear Scan History, Clear Generated QRs or Clear Saved Cards.
  4. Confirm. The action cannot be undone.

Individual entries can also be deleted from the History screen, singly or by selecting several.

3Uninstalling

Uninstalling QR Craft removes the App's private storage — history, codes, cards, My Card, payees and preferences — from that device. If Android's automatic backup is switched on for your device, a copy of app data may exist in your Google account's backup; Google's own settings control that.

4Data held by Google

  • Advertising: Android's settings let you delete or reset the advertising ID and opt out of ads personalisation. Settings → Ad Privacy Options in the App reopens the consent choice where it applies.
  • Web Risk lookups: made to Google without your identity; Google's retention is described in its privacy policy.
  • Purchases: order records live in your Google Play account and are kept by Google for its own legal and accounting reasons. Deleting them is not possible, and deleting them would not remove Premium from your account.

5Asking us

If you have written to us and want that correspondence deleted, or you are unsure whether we hold anything about you, write to contact@epsilondevelopers.xyz with “Data deletion” in the subject. We reply within 30 days.
