Data Safety

The same declaration Google Play shows on the listing, written out so you can read it without a glossary.

Last updated: 15 September 2026 QR Craft for Android, v1.0.0 and later Epsilon Developers

At a glance

This page mirrors the Data safety section of the QR Craft listing on Google Play, in plainer language. Google's form and this page describe the same App.

No account, no personal data collected by us

QR Craft has no sign-in and no server of ours. What leaves the device goes to a named Google service, for a named purpose, and is listed below.

2Data shared

“Shared” means transferred to a third party. QR Craft shares data only with the Google services that make a feature work:

  • Google AdMob — advertising ID and device information, to serve ads on the free plan.
  • Google Web Risk — the address of a web link you scanned, to check whether it is known to be harmful.
  • Google Play — purchase information, to sell and verify Premium.
  • Firebase Remote Config — an app instance identifier and device/app information, to fetch settings.

We sell no data, and we share none with anyone else.

3Data kept on the device

Scan history, created codes, saved cards, My Card details, saved UPI payees and your preferences are written to the App's private storage and stay there. They are not backed up to a server of ours. Android's own backup may include app data depending on your device settings.

4Security practices

  • Encrypted in transit: yes. Every network request the App makes uses HTTPS.
  • You can request deletion: yes — and you can do it yourself, in the App, without asking. See the Data Deletion Notice.
  • Committed to the Play Families policy: the App is not directed at children.
  • Independent security review: none carried out.
